How refunds work

Every project starts with a short call, and the scope, deliverables and any refund terms for your package or retainer are agreed in writing before work starts. You approve every script and claim before production begins.

How to ask

Email lorenz@lorenzmac.com from the address you used to book. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
